 We met Patti Grover Gabrielse June 27, 2023 when our living situation had to change due to our ages and an upcoming financial situation. In Aug we filled out papers to put our home up for sale and we began our personal search of downsized living quarters. Beautiful, professional photos were taken of our home that left us very impressed.  Two days later we had a cash offer for the price we were asking.  A house inspection followed right after a bad storm and we closed on our forever home all on the same day!  Our emotions were running high due to all of the sudden changes and decisions we had to make.
